oneHAUS design is a multidisciplinary design studio located in Newport Beach, California where we combine comprehensive architecture, interior design and construction practices.
Our team has over 20 years of experience in luxury hotel and resort industries where we lead projects such as Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons and many more throughout the world. We weave the narratives of our daily lives into architectural expressions. Design is an exploration of ourself and a way we connect with the world around us. We listen to uncover the details that make our clients extraordinary and turn those qualities into the spaces they call home.
We aim not only to have a portfolio of prestigious projects but also to assist in designing and constructing properties that improve the lives of our clients.

Elijah Yoon
Founder & Head of Design
Elijah Yoon brings to the team over 10+ years of design experience in luxury Hotel and Mixed use projects and residential.
Prior to founding oneHAUS design Elijah worked with WATG as a Pproject Designer leading numerous projects around the world including The Ritz-Carlton Xi’an Luxury Hotel and Retail, Nexus Hanoi mixed-use, BURJ 2020 The Uptown Dubai Residential and Retail.
Elijah also works with JLP International based in Seoul, South Korea as a Creative Director providing unique design solutions.
Eliot Han
Construction Manager
Licenced General Contractor with 15+ years of excellence overseeing upscale residential construction projects. Eliot Han meet or exceed goals for projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Find creative yet practical solutions to project obstacles and challenges. Versatile communicator. Adept at relaying complicated technical details and instructions to diverse project stakeholders.
Raymond Huang
Senior Designer & Project Cordinator
Raymond Huang, brings to the team over 20+ years of experience in hospitality, leisure and residential projects.
He has been responsible for managing many large projects, from concept design through completion; some of which have included the W Hotel Sentosa, Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and St. regis Singapore.
Raymond’s expertise includes rapport with clients, consultants, contractors and managing the review on building standards and requirements.
Caroline Kong
